How long will it take to reach me?
We deliver all orders within the US via USPS and FEDEX. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the US. Orders are processed within 2 working days. All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are processed on a Monday. Delivery usually takes 2-7 working days in the US depending upon the delivery service following the shipping confirmation email we will send. According to USPS and FEDEX recommendations the last Christmas postal date is 17th December so our Christmas cutoff is 2pm PST 16th December 🇺🇸

Shipping options vary upon order size and location and are listed below:
- FEDEX Ground - FedEx 2-6 day delivery. ($7.99, FREE for orders over $50)
- USPS First Class - USPS 1-5 working days delivery ($9.99)
- FEDEX 2 Day – FEDEX 2 working days delivery ($17.99)
How will I know it has been sent?
We'll send you an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number.
Can I return my order?
Although it breaks our little hearts that you may not be 100% totally head-over-heels with your Coddies, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. 💪
