Your Order
๐ Where the fish is my order?
We know you canโt wait to get your hands on your fresh new pair of Coddies! ๐ Start by checking your shipping confirmation email. If you've received it, your order should arrive within 2โ7 business days. If you haven't received it yet, don't worry, we'll send it as soon as your order ships. ๐ฆ
๐ Why doesnโt my order tracking number work?
No worries! Tracking numbers can take a little time to update after your order ships. โฐ If your tracking information isn't showing just yet, give it a little longer and check back soon.
All orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx with tracking. We'll send your tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. ๐
๐ถ Something from my order is missing. What do I do?
Occasionally, items in the same order may arrive separately. If you think something is missing, just get in touch and we'll sniff it out like a hungry Labrador. ๐ถ
๐ How can I order?
Looking to grab a pair of fin-tastic Coddies? You've come to the right place!
Browse our collection and click "Add to Cart" on any products you'd like. Once you've picked out your favorites, click the cart icon in the top right corner to review your order.
When you're ready, head to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, and place your order. We'll take it from there! ๐
We accept most major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.
๐ช Can I return my order?
Although it breaks our little hearts that you may not be 100% head-over-heels for your Coddies, you can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), we'll cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks, although many are completed sooner. This includes the time for your package to reach us, for us to inspect and process the return, and for your bank to complete the refund.
We want you to shop with confidence! If you need to make a return, we're here to help and will keep you updated throughout the process.

Absolutely! Follow the same process as a return and let us know which item or size you'd like instead. We'll be happy to help.

At this time, Coddies ships within the United States only.
All orders are designed by our team in the USA and shipped directly from our warehouse in California.

Orders are processed within 2 business days and typically arrive within 2โ7 business days after shipment. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking email so you can follow its journey.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery method.
